Background
The client discovered Martin Hill and Xcel Energía online while searching for a trusted solar installer in the Torrevieja area. After an initial consultation and on-site assessment at their modern townhouse in El Raso, Guardamar del Segura, we proposed a compact all-in-one Livoltek system designed for maximum efficiency and self-consumption.
The client’s primary goal was to eliminate their €150 monthly electricity bill while future-proofing their property against rising energy prices. Thanks to the high efficiency of the Livoltek system, we were able to design a solution that would deliver full energy independence with a projected break-even period of just five years.

Installation
The installation took place on the flat roof of the client’s modern townhouse, providing optimal panel orientation and minimal visual impact. The all-in-one Livoltek setup combines generation, storage, and management in a single integrated system, simplifying installation and ensuring long-term reliability.
As with all Xcel Energía solar installations, we carefully planned cable routing and system layout to maintain a clean aesthetic while maximising energy yield throughout the day.
Results
The system has completely eliminated the client’s electricity bill, previously averaging around €150 per month. The Livoltek setup now covers 100% of their household energy needs, providing peace of mind and long-term savings.
With an expected break-even period of five years, the client’s investment is set to deliver decades of clean, cost-free energy — and increased property value within the growing community of El Raso.
