8 Solar Panels & 5kW Livoltek Inverter Installation in Atalaya Park, Rojales

The client has a property near to the Atalaya Park area of Rojales. They discovered Xcel Energía while looking for a reliable solar installer in Rojales, where we have completed many installations & have many satisfied clients. After discussing energy usage and installation expectations, Martin Hill carried out an on-site assessment to determine the most effective roof location and system size.

Before installation, their monthly bill typically ranged between €100–€130, and the homeowner’s goal was to cut electricity costs by more than 70%. Based on expected generation, the system is forecast to pay for itself within 4–5 years, with strong savings continuing long after.

Equipment Installed

  • 8 × 615W Livoltek solar panels
  • 1 × 5kW Livoltek non-hybrid inverter
  • Roof mounting hardware
  • AC/DC electrical protection
  • Monitoring setup

Installation

Panels were fitted on a south-facing pitched roof. Working within the available space, the layout was designed to offer maximum energy generation while maintaining a clean visual line on the roof. The inverter was installed out of sight on an exterior wall at the client’s request to keep equipment discreet.

As with all Xcel Energía solar installations, we carefully planned cable routing and system layout to maintain a clean aesthetic while maximising energy yield throughout the day.

Results

Before switching to solar, the homeowner was paying between €100–€130 per month for electricity. With this 8-panel system operating, their usage has significantly reduced over 70% savings across the year. The installation now generates most of the property’s daytime demand during sunny months.

The projected 4–5 year break-even window means long-term financial benefit for the homeowner, alongside increased protection from rising energy prices and long-term independence from the grid.
